EAT: Briciole, Marylebone

I’m loving the serious value for money at new opening Briciole…

Every now and again a new place comes along that make me very excited, and Briciole is one such place. Closer to Edgware Road than Marylebone it’s still walkable from Baker and Bond Street. The welcome is warm and friendly, and very Italian, and the food is SUCH great value – hams, breads, cheeses all for under £5, while main dishes all come in at under £10. Lovely little details like drawers under the tables that pull out to create more space, a welcoming bar area with big windows and newspapers and a fanastically Italian wine list make this the kind of place you can indulge and not worry about the price, go with a group of friends, or swing by for a bite of lunch.
