COOK: The little red oven that could…

We have had to buy ALL the white goods in our kitchen. That’s a lot of white goods. And I decided I didn’t want them all to be white. So we spent a little extra and bought a fabulous red oven instead. It’s super classy, looks awesome with my nice Turkish tiles (Laura, I’m putting in an order for several more, I DO hope you can remember where we bought them from…!) and just adds a little ‘something’ to our funny little kitchen.

Anyway, it works like a dream so far and I can’t wait to have plenty of dinner parties and cook and cook on it to my heart’s content. The first proper meal we made in it – piri piri chicken with cous cous and sprout flowers – was divine. Thanks for cooking Richard!
